In 2018, the Valdés family opened La Vaca Loca with one mission: to bring the full experience of a Cuban-style churrasquería to Miami.

First location opens in Homestead — churrasquería, live animals, and a bouncy castle from day one.

Our Miami SW 177 Ave location opens, bringing the full La Vaca Loca experience to more families.
Our sauces, marinades, and pantry items become available to ship across South Florida.
Third Miami location opens with an expanded events space and party packages.
